Have you been using your Auto Advance and all of a sudden...uh oh!  The bits won't extend or retract!


Have no fear, there's a simple trick you can do in order to reset the internal mechanism.  Simply follow these steps and you'll be back to your DIY in no time!


  1. Pull all of the buttons back.  It's okay if they feel loose at this stage.
  2. Hold the driver vertically in one hand with your palm underneath
  3. Firmly tap the driver three times against your palm


That's it!  After doing those three simple steps, the driver will be reset and you can re-extend your bit of choice.
